We get it. Choosing paint colors online sounds like a scary proposition. But don’t worry. We’ve got you (and your walls and your nerves) covered.
How can we be so sure? The Dunn-Edwards DURA Color Promise is how. Designed by sometimes-nervous humans for other sometimes-nervous humans, our Color Promise takes the stress out of choosing color.
Beginning with first contact (nice to meet you!), your personal Color Influencer will invite you to share what you’re trying to achieve with your space. They’ll listen and learn about your goals and inspiration. They’ll answer any questions you have about color, combinations, light, products and the latest trends. They’ll ease any concerns and offer advice and ideas on how best to achieve your vision based on years of education and experience with color selection. In short, they’ll make sure you enjoy the color-selection process and that you absolutely love your final choice.
EVERY PAID COLOR SESSION INCLUDES OUR COLOR PROMISE ASSURANCE:
A Color Report – After your one-on-one Color Session, your Color Influencer will send your personal Color Report featuring the initial color palette options chosen for your space. If you’re not feeling it, just let us know. We’ll regroup and create new palette options that better align with how your vision is taking shape.
Sampling Security – Because sampling is such an important phase of the color-selection process, we provide three options for experiencing color in your space. Whether you’re working with our 3"x5" color cards, SIMPLESAMPLETM 8"x8" Peel & Stick Sheets, or 6-oz Color Sampler, the key is to view your color in multiple rooms at different times of the day and in varying light. If you’re not loving how a color sample looks in your space (hello, clashing sofa), let us know and we’ll send additional 3"x5" color cards to consider.
The Ultimate Color Test – (Sigh) We’ve all been there. Sometimes what you think you want isn’t what you want. If that’s the case with the color you’ve put on your walls, don’t despair. A Discount code to use at check out will be given to the Customer after their Color Session in their Color Report.
The Details:- To use or redeem the code, enter it exactly as shared at checkout. Code is Case Sensitive.
- Offer expires after 90 days from date of Color Report when the unique code is generated.
- Once the expiration date expires code cannot be reactivated or replaced.
- After 90 days the Customer forfeits their Store Credit.
- Code is unique for each Customer.
- One time use.
- Cannot be combined with any other code or offer at check out.
