IMPORTANT TIPS ON SAMPLING:

SHAKE IT LIKE YOU MEAN IT

Be sure the lid is secure, then give your Color Sampler a shake for 30-60 seconds before applying.

LOVE IT ALWAYS

View your color sample at different times of day to make sure you love your color at all times.

LIGHTING MATTERS

Paint your sample color in different parts of the room or move your SimpleSample™ sheet to different areas to view it in bright, dim and artificial lighting conditions.

HOLD THE TAPE!

If painting your color sample directly onto your wall, do not use tape to block off an area, as it can leave hard edges that may be visible after painting the final color on the wall.

WHAT LURKS BENEATH

If painting your color sample overtop of a dark or vivid color, it may be necessary to prime first so the existing color doesn’t show through.

A COHESIVE LOOK

Compare your 3 x 5˝ color card or SimpleSample to your furniture, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, etc. to make sure your color complements your home design.
